Thrilled to have shoes in my size! I usually take a 3.5, if I can find anything in that size, and then struggle to get anything like enough width. I used the measurement chart supplied by Memery, and their wide size 3 is perfect for me. The Emily in cognac only arrived the day before a 1940s event, so I did have to use the hairdryer and spoon, but if there was time to wear them in, you wouldn't need to do that as they are a very good fit. These shoes are sturdy and feel as if they will last for ever. I wore them all afternoon and danced in tarmac in them. I love them.

If I could give more than five stars I’d give ten. I was amazed at how beautiful these shoes are. Perfect fit, beautiful leather. Will definitely purchase from this seller again.

I love the design, the leather and all. Currently, I'm waiting for another pair of Emily, because I'm between two sizes and ordered the larger ones, just to be sure... I hope that the smaller ones will fit.

I'm a 1940s re-enactor, part of a two-woman Home Front team and really needed some authentic looking shoes for our events. I take a wide fitting, so wearing original shoes is not an option; these shoes look wonderful and feel even better. I stood all day at a VE 80th Anniversary event and could have gone out dancing afterwards! So comfortable, so pretty - can't wait to buy some more styles!

These shoes are fantastic! They're so pretty it's unbelievable. They arrived beautifully packaged with extra heels and laces for when they will need to be replaced. Only issue I have with these shoes, is that by following the size guide, and then measuring my feet, I was attributed a size 42 (normally I am a size 41). So the shoes slip a bit when I walk, but I was able to place some insoles in them, and add one on the back, and they're a bit better. However, I find it amazing how comfortable these shoes are, and how you don't even feel the heel when walking. I'm definitely going to buy another pair of Memery shoes, thank you :)

When I started dressing vintage everyday (a little over 2 years ago) it was so difficult to find shoes that were quality and authentic looking. Most of what I found was "expensive cheap garbage", meaning, a high price tag for something that doesn't last. These shoes are an investment, they are more expensive than a "fashion" shoe but WORTH every penny. The materials and craftsmanship are outstanding! I adore these shoes, they have the look of the era's that I love the 30's-50's and they go so well with dresses or slacks. I normally wear a US size 6.5 but there are no half sizes. Rather than guess, I had my daughter help me measure my foot and I fell in the 6 range. Measure your foot rather than just sizing up, a 7 would have been much too big for me. They fit very well, a little wide in the heel but I have narrow heels so this is always a problem for me. That was nothing that some heel inserts couldn't correct and they now have a nearly perfect fit with stockings, tights and socks. I'm still breaking them in but it's my understanding that once a pair of leather shoes are broken in they are the most comfortable shoe you will ever wear. I researched leather care so I can keep them nice. I know they will last me for many years to come if I take the time to keep them in good repair. In a world where things are generally "disposable" it's nice to know that these shoes are made to stand the test of time. I'm already planning to buy another pair of Memery shoes in the near future!

Jeg har meget brede fødder og altid haft svært ved at finde pæne damesko, som jeg kunne passe. Memerys brede model blev valgt i str. udfra deres måleskema, og selvom jeg var noget skeptisk, blev jeg glædeligt overrasket. Skoene er præcist så fine som på billederne, de passer - og eneste ønske er måske, at en spadsere-sko kom med en sål, der var lidt mindre glat. Men elegant og velsyet sko i lækker kvalitet - og super service og kommunikation med Memery undervejs i leveringen, da leveringsfirmaet ved en fejl fik skoene på en lille omvej. Kan varmt anbefale at købe sko hos Memery.

Har flere typer Memery sko, og elsker dem! Jeg har litt breie føtter, men klarer fint å «gå» til 38 med lave heler. Når høyden på hælene er 4,5 cm ser jeg at jeg med fordel kunne gått opp en str. Med alternativ wide hadde jeg ikke fått snøret dem ordentlig.
