Brilliant shoes, very comfortable.

I got these shoes because I had to return another pair. Although the return process is taking a bit longer, these shoes got send and delivered in no time! I’ve wore them straight out of the box, and I’ve got so many compliments already. Usually I wear a 42, I got a 43 of these ones and they’re a perfect fit(with socks as well). I’ve been wearing them for work, casual and re-enactments, and they are so amazing. They feel great right away, and I’m able to walk on them for 8 hours straight without feeling pain. Last Sunday was the test, I wore them to a re-enactment and my feet stayed comfortable while walking almost 20.000 steps.

I adore my new Emma shoes. I am lucky enough to also have a pair of Edith’s, bought some years ago and also much adored and admired. Emma is a beautifully crafted shoe with many smart but subtle details that sum up the elegance that could be found in the 1930’s - even in an every day shoe. The colour is a rich, warm brown with a satin-like sheen that is very attractive. I have a wide foot and would have bought a wide fit if there had been that option for this model. However, gentle stretching and wearing for short periods around the house has remedied this. Many thanks to Ditte for her very prompt and useful advice in helping me to chose what I’m sure won’t be my last Memery shoe. Shipping was very quick and extremely reasonable. Overall this was an entirely pleasant shopping experience. Thank you.

Je les ai prises en taille 40 (qui est ma pointure habituelle) et elles sont bien à ma taille. elles sont très confortables et de très bonne qualité. Les semelles sont en cuir alors j'ai quand même fait poser des patins chez mon cordonnier pour les protéger et ne pas glisser. Envoi rapide, sans souci de transport et entreprise très sympathique. J'en achèterai d'autres plus tard même si je sais que ces chaussures, je vais les garder très longtemps.

Ces chaussures sont magnifiques et confortables, comme toujours chez Mette. Elles font le pied fin et la hauteur du talon en font des chaussures de tous les jours. Je les adore!

I finally bought the shoes I've had my eye on for a long time, and what can I say: it was the best decision I've made so far this year!
The shoes are very comfortable. I usually have doubts about ordering leather shoes on the internet because the leather is often hard and uncomfortable, but not with these shoes. The leather is soft and the shoe fits really well. You can walk long distances in them without your feet hurting. They also look very good.
Now i have to pull myself together not to buy another pair... I highly recommend them!
